Introduction:
U.P. Electronics Corporation Limited (UPLC) is a state Government Undertaking engaged in providing IT services to various Government Department including training of Government Employees. It has been providing computer training to government employees since 2002 and imparting training to government employees at UPLC’s own Computer Centres/ Labs and computer centres of Authorized Business Associates empanelled by UPLC for conducting computer training of government employees vide GO No. 1157/78-IT-2001 dated 13.08.2001 and GO No. 1220/78 IT-2-2002 dated 12.07.2002. UPLC has a vast network of centres through their Business Associates, operational in all districts of Uttar Pradesh.

Objectives of the Training :
The Objectives of imparting computer training to the government employees of Uttar Pradesh is to acquaint the staff with the Course on Computer Concept (CCC i.e. Basic Course): So that, it could help them to discharge their routine work more professionally and proficiently in a short span time. It could also help the staff to achieve proficiency in computer operations vis-a-vis with their routine job. Besides these, we are providing DOEACC “O” Level equivalent course Job Orientation Programme through Government Department and short term Computer Training at ACL Centre, Agra, 4, Dhaulpur House, M.G. Road, Agra.

Duration of the Training :
The duration of the training shall be 80 hours of which 8 hours training daily to be given which shall be completed in 10 days or 04 hours training/day will be completed in 20 days. These training will be provided in batches.
Certificates :
The certificates shall be issued to the trainees by U.P. Electronics Corporation Limited (UPLC), Lucknow to the centre after the receipt of satisfactory performance report of the centre issued by the competent authorities of the District offices of government department and availability of training fees.
Training Fees per trainee:
The training fees for imparting computer training shall be 2400/- per trainee, which is as per the GO No. 1157/78/IT-2001 dated 13.8.2001.
